Wraith Grappler

The Wraith Grappler is an entrapment weapon primarily used by a Palan Ranger when dealing with various semi-corporeal monsters.  It is net of thin hemp fibers that can expand from about the size of someone's fist to cover an area three paces across.  It is infused with Arcanum dust laced into the fibers so that it will gain superior strength and durability once activated.  When activated and thrown on a target creature it coalesces them into solid form and exposes them to physical attack.
