Parca School for the Arts
The Parca (Pahr-see) School for the Arts is an odd little storefront that ostentatiously teaches a variety of different mystical classes like crystal scrying, tarot cards, and Wiccan rituals. The building acts as an anchor point for many magical pockets, including the Mirador. These pockets are often used by the Weird Sisters as training grounds not vulnerable to releasing the chaos into the world.
Structure
Nona, the youngest Parca, teaches the beginners, children's classes. Nona is beloved by all. Decima teaches the advanced students, tests new applicants, and manages the storefront. She is the face of war in the trio. Morta, the eldest, watches from the shadow, not teaching but policing the students of the school. She is the most powerful and feared of the three.
Public Agenda
Teaching new age arts and crafts to interested parties.
