Purpose / Function

Represents the Deyan government on Arilia, opened in 38 AE with little fanfare.

History

While other aliens have embassies in the major coastal cities, the Deyans chose Terminal City, a Rustbucket backwater industrial city which was devastated by a recent war. No one is quite certain why.
