Drakenmarch
Drakenmarch is the capital of the Crownlands and is one of the largest cities in all of Corondor. It is situated near the coast of the Astral Sea. Drakenmarch is the site of the Castle Crimson, the historical seat of the House Tandor’thal and is currently controlled by King Rahaevor II. Its size and large population has allowed for multiple different noble houses to use the city to rise to power.
The main city is surrounded by a series of walls and watch towers developed by Queen Aello I during the first Corondorian Civil War. The large gates were made to be wide enough for dragons to walk through unimpeded and the walls high enough to withstand a long siege. Within its walls, the city has become so populated that the lower districts have been forced to build upwards, leading to large spires which stand out like spikes.
The city does not have any particular craft, but it is home to many artisans from all around the realm. Raw material is often shipped to Drakenmarch for these artisans to make luxury items for the Crownsland nobility.
