Geography
The Shattered Corridor is a battered, bruised, and desolate stretch of land in every sense of the word...not just the ground, but even the air and even the Atlen in the air is so torn and shattered that the very essence of magic itself throughout the land here is destroyed and wild. Magic here runs wild, and the land as a result is incredibly varied in its geography as a result of the runaway wild magic that plagues the entire area...spires of strange eldritch geometry, inverted color schemes, areas of vacuum and more wrack The Shattered Corridor...and in especially deadly areas, the runaway Wild Magic can be lethal. The terrain here is rocky, broken, and jagged as a result of The Advent of The Unraveler, the event which left The Shattered Lands in its current state after Hyldrin, The Unraveler managed to incarnate on The Material Plane. After the cataclysmic battle of gods that took place there, the center part of the continent fell into the ocean and left only the Shattered Corridor to link East and West.
The Edges of the land here are jagged, rocky cliffs that break off suddenly into shear drops miles long into the ocean below, and massive cracks and caverns are common in the ground here, with sinkholes and gorges incredibly common as well as relics of the terrible godwars that raged here. Mountains exist here as a result of the land being displaced by sheer overwhelming power, as the land was pushed around and deformed.
Fauna & Flora
The flora and fauna in The Shattered Corridor is perhaps the most varied and exotic in all the world, and as a result of the rampant Wild Magic that plagues the area the flora can ranged from normal grass to towering mushroom forests colored in speckled neon greens, blues, and other unnatural colors...the flora can be titanic, small, harmless, or deadly, and can change at a moments notice as a result of Wild Magic storms that rage eternally in the air here.
The fauna as well are dangerous things, and anything that lives in The Shattered Corridor long enough is irrevocably changed by the experience. Their natural pigmentation is changed, their biology itself is changed and warped, and they can grow to massive sizes or shrink to incredibly tiny ones at seemingly random intervals, sometimes changing multiple times per day.
Natural Resources
The natural resources in The Shattered Corridor are incredibly random and unpredictable...one moment, a field of Wheat ready for harvest might appear, while the next it might become a desolate wasteland where nothing can grow. The mineral resources beneath the ground are no exception, and mining expeditions here often find veins of ore vanishing, rotating, changing, and mutating so often as to make mining completely unpredictable and random, and impossible to make a consistent profit from.
