Franklin Bellador is the owner and founder of Bellador Armorers, the largest arms and armor producer in Nettle Lake. A quiet and driven man, he run his family business with a very hands on approach, insisting on working the forge himself nearly every day, despite having several other talented smiths under his employ. His occasional insights are welcome by the other members of the Council, though he seems to be generally uninterested in governing or policy.
