Driftbe

Driftbe is a farming village located near the northern border of the Dynic Empire.
Thanks to the efforts of Mark Darkwood, Driftbe often acts as a kind of organisational and trade hub for various farming communities. The village is on its way to becoming a small town, but it’s not there yet
The village is bisected by a river, several bridges of varying sizes cross it. One half of the village is known as south side, the other as north side. If two people get into an argument that goes on for four days or more they must stand on man made island in the middle of the river and settle their differences. The bridges connecting the island to the different sides are raised until both parties request to leave.

Demographics

The villiage population is mostly made up of Dalish humans, who settled here after the destruction of Dale.

Village hall – acts as hub for coordinating the efforts or several farming villages. Mark’s office is here.
The clanging, Blacksmith – mostly makes farming implements and horseshoes
