When the tide is low groups of adventurers delve into the lost mysteries of those who came before, groups of immortals attempt to resist the course of fate and angels, daemons, gods and titans scar the world with their conflicts.
When the tide is high, nations flourish, great states vie for supremacy, which in turn are steered by great statesmen. Armies clash and trade flourishes, victories are won both on the battlefield and in the courts of mighty kings.
