Clan Marón
Clan Marón is the oldest living clan of Hill Dwarves on Ómar Crún. The original creators of the Citadel Marón this clan started as one of the Primordial Dwarven tribes, before Clan Aereum united the largest tribes in the North. Clan Marón was warring with Clan Gnoc for several decades at this point, and great losses had been made on either side. Even the oldest memories in the clan cannot recall the reason.
Clan Gnoc and their new allies eventually came burrowing from the ground and Crawling the rough mountain terrain with ease in Clan Gnotthach's war machines. They had no choice but to agree that they would give up their claim to their home to join the Imperium. They were commanded to build a great wall to defend the north for millenia to come and they did.
Since, Clan Marón has fought to maintain Lordship over the Citadel, their most prevalent rival being Clan MountainHäl, who has held their homeland for nearly a thousand years.
Structure
The clan's patriarch called the "Remembrar" makes all calls and decisions for the group, carried out by his guildmasters.
Culture
Believe that their clan's purpose is to heal the wounds of their ancestors. They believe that they carry all of their ancestors disputes, hatred, and promises. It is their duty to remember their struggles and see them through.
