Old Warrior Duke of Pevaine. He enjoys travelling with his granddaughter and laughs at some of the reactions she provokes. His skin is weathered and tough after a lifetime spent outdoors. He has a lust for life.
He fought in the Witch-War and some say it was him who finally killed the Witch-Queen, Anairedha Daliesyn. He was a fearsome warrior in his day.
He dies in the first battle with the Chovantine Hegemony.
