A derelict building that Leah first found when hunting for places to spend the full moon.
It is where the party decided to set up the trap to create a barrier to contain Freddie and seperate him from Alice. Despite Freddie unexpectedly getting out of Alice then becoming a fire spirit, he was still lured by Justin to the building and Willow was about to create the barrier to trap him. Being very weak in spirit form and having nowhere to do, he eventually dissipated inside the barrier.S17 The building still contains the left over magical energy left from this process.
The group decided to use this location again when they abducted a Cinderman to interrogate to get information.
