Session Nineteen
General Summary
The group met up with Leah and an injured Granite in The Local. Upon touching Granite Willow suddenly had another vision:
After the group explained about the Cindemen, Granite went off to check on the Soup Kitchen and returned saying there were even more Cindermen swarming around there than when they left.
They made a plan to get a Cinderman to interrogate, which involved Willow using her Wyrd to draw Cindermen away, while Alice uses her super speed to quickly grab a Cinderman. Alice should then bring them back to the Derelict Building, where Leah and Justin would restrain them. After that they could interrogate the Cinderman freely.
To attract the attention of the Cindermen, Willow reached out with her Wyrd. She decided to try repeating the weird chanting she heard before like an echo. This suddenly formed some kind of connection that was drawing her in. She managed to resist it and pull herself out. However, it had only been a few minutes so she didn't know if she had successfully attracted the Cindermen. Therefore she decided to try reaching out with her Wyrd again but as soon as she did she felt herself being pulled somewhere even stronger than before. With a lot of effort, she managed to pull herself out again. At this point Granite convinced her it was better to get out of there than to try again.
Alice saw a load of Cindermen turn up on motorbikes and decided to scatter caltrops on the road in front of the ones in the back. This caused those three motorbikes to suddenly crash and the riders to go flying off. It also popped the tires on the van that was following them. After the riders had crashed to the ground, Alice used her superspeed to run out to one of them, slam his heads to the ground then carry him off as fast as she could. She managed to knock him out, breathing but he was very heavily injured.
Alice arrived at the Derelict Building with the unconcious Cinderman. Leah promptly restrained him thoroughly before performing some first aid to ensure that he wasn't going to immediately die. She then transformed into a Wolf to intimidate the guy when he woke up.
Meanwhile on their way back, a lot of crows suddenly appeared around Willow and Granite. For now the many birds are just watching them as they make their way to the Derelict Building.
She was in The Local similar to her previous visionsS5, it was unclear if this was before or after them but from the appearance of The Local, it looked to be around a similar time. She was entering the building and as she did so, she saw Granite who appeared to be intently watching (guarding?) the door to check who comes in. Granite gave a nod to her and she nodded back before proceeding through the room.
