Biography

Worked as a mediator between different groups in London and gained a reputation for being able to solve problems.

Abilities

He was told be Lord Elijah Wallace that he might be an Arbiter, which may be the source of his powers

Promises made to or by Justin are binding, this means that if they are broken something bad will happen to the person who broke it. Justin has no control over this.

He is able to change his appearence, currently just like hair colour but he is working on being able to do more using the mirror he was given.

He was able to force a portal to the fae realm to reopen.^S3

Was able to see through the glamour that the Witch was using to make herself look like a different person.

Statements he makes, the world will bend to make true. He has only used this accidentally so far to make The Local appear for Leah.^S18

In terms of non-magical abilities, Justin has a large amount of contacts and is very good at investigating and finding out information.
