An informal sub-market occupying the back rows of the Tech Market where raw components trade below the quality threshold of the main vendor stalls. Origin questions are not asked and are not expected.

Has existed in roughly the same location for three years. The Tech Market's formal stalls find it convenient that components of unclear provenance have somewhere to go that is not their inventory. What the Scrap Exchange lacks in accountability it compensates for in availability. Werkbund does not officially acknowledge its existence, and Anneliese Brock visits it anyway.
