Data terminals and physical filing systems containing schematics, commission records, crafting histories, and technical specifications accumulated over four years of District 3 operation. Access is open. Navigating the Archives without knowing what you are looking for produces mostly confusion.

The older rear section, known as the Archive Annex, holds historical schematics, decommissioned Gear designs, and pre-Silver-era technical documentation that most players do not know exists. Wynnter has held a permanent access pass to the Annex since Year 2.
