The older rear section of the Blueprint Archives, holding historical schematics, decommissioned Gear designs, and pre-Silver-era technical documentation from District 3's earliest operational years. Accessible to anyone willing to navigate to it.

Most players do not know it exists. Wynnter has held a permanent access pass since Year 2. The Annex is where the district's institutional memory lives, and what was built in Year 1 is often the reason what exists in Year 4 works the way it does.
