The densest and most socially mixed of District 6's Housing Blocks. Block Seven residents know more about their neighbors than residents of any other housing in the district. Il Vicinato pays closest attention here.

The Hope Syndicate recruits from Block Seven disproportionately. Rosa Cattaneo has never addressed this directly and has organized more communal Events in this block than in any other.
