Ruled over by the not-so-benevolent Human League, only non-human folk with incredible aptitude for the sciences have any chance of being granted citizenship. Synthetica is more technologically advanced than most of the Acapellago. Early in the war with the Major Keys, Synthetica found a way to form sentient automatons: the Warforged.
