The Alagh Yid Nomadic Federation

The Alagh Yid Nomadic Federation is a federation of semi-nomadic tribes who inhabit the Flooded Plains. The Flooded Plains, named for the seasonal flooding that occurs in the region, is a vast plain located in the southern part of the continent. Location

The Flooded Plains are bordered by mountains to the west and a great river to the east. The northern border is a vast sea, while the southern border is a dense jungle. The Flooded Plains are known for its lush grassland, which provides ample grazing for the tribes' herds.  

Government

The Alagh Yid Nomadic Federation is led by a council of tribal leaders, known as the Alagh Yid. Each tribe sends a representative to the council, which meets regularly to discuss and make decisions on matters of importance to the federation. The council is headed by a leader, who is elected by the council members.  

Population

The Flooded Plains have a diverse population, with Half-Orcs, Humans, Leonin, Tabaxi, Dragonborn, and Centaurs being the main populace. The semi-nomadic nature of the people allows for a mix of different races and cultures within the Federation.  

Economy

The economy of the Flooded Plains is based on herding and trading. The tribes of the Flooded Plains are known for their horses and cattle, which they trade with neighboring countries and cities. They also trade goods such as pelts and wool.  

Culture

The culture of the Flooded Plains is heavily influenced by the semi-nomadic lifestyle of the tribes. The people of the Flooded Plains value freedom and independence, and have a deep respect for the land and their animals. They also place a strong emphasis on family and community.  

Threats and Challenges

The Flooded Plains face several challenges, the most pressing of which is the seasonal flooding. The tribes must constantly move their herds to higher ground during the floods, which can be difficult and dangerous. They also have to contend with raiders and bandits who target their herds and trade routes.
