Kyril Criswel

Kyril Criswel was a political figure and magnate on Zeon's World , holding the title of Lord Governor and leading the planet through it's longest period of relative peace and sustained surpassing of tithe quotas. He eventually handed over his political title to his oldest child, Zekiah Criswel, but would go on to work as an advisor behind the scenes. Kyril died at the Ruination of Hive Infernum during a diplomatic meeting held there.
