Administratum Sebos
History
The Age of Apostasy took a heavy toll on the Umbra-Sector. As most ecclesiarchal dioceses supported the mad Goge Vandire, their illusions of greed and grandeur provoked an especially harsh response by the reformed imperial leadership, which left deep scars in the collective consciousness. As a zealous overcorrection every dubious piece of history was erased or changed and many new and never heard of saints were proclaimed and venerated in newly build cathedrums. The fact that many of those novel saints never existed at all and their shrines are just repurposed buildings of the condemned traitors of ages past luckily went unnoticed by the wider populous.
After this period of upheaval most worldly officials were either gone or executed as heretics. This resulted in the need for not only a new Governor but a whole hierarchy supporting his efforts. The search for the former took years of negotiations and threats between the local major dynasties (both noble and mercantile) while the latter was in large parts supplemented by the Adeptus Administratum.
