Partial lineage

Dragons were a massive malevolent presence before the Deities interjected their will on the world. Dragons, now, are much rarer and have less of a presence, but they are still incredibly powerful. They are sometimes known to even bestow their gifts of power on a family.
These families enjoyed incredible abilities, but were ostracized by societies due to their willingness to be friendly with the ancient menace. Most cultures will degrade and strip the rights of those with this lineage and will not likely be trusted.
While those that bear a Draconic Lineage will look physically similar to their non-draconic ancestors, they might not bear the full abilities of those not blessed by the dragons. All Half-Draconics are fully capable of practicing Incantation Magic. They are, however, incable of recieving power from any deity.

Draconic Engagi are not as capable in flight nor do they have as dexterous feet. They do however have sick-ass dragon wings instead of feathered wings and can still move twice as fast as a regular Half-Engagi.

Dragon Lineages

It is rather obvious when someone is decended from a Draconic Lineage. Their eyes, hair, skin, scales, and/or feathers all take a similar color to the style of dragon they get their powers from.
These are powers available to the appropriate Draconic Lineage. These powers are centering from the draconics themselves and do not require mana or sanctitiy levels.


Arcanum Dragon Lineage
Those descended from Arcanum Lineages have silver white features with an almost ethereal glow. Their Dragon Ability is Mundaning Assault.
Mundaning Assault: If you strike someone with a weapon (natural or otherwise) you may spend 4 FP to have the defender make a Will-2 Roll. If the defender loses, they lose access to up to 60 points worth of either Power Investiture or Incantation Gift for 10 seconds * margin of loss. You may only attempt this once every 15 seconds.

Augury Dragon Lineage
Those descended from the Augury Lineages will have very whimsical features with pastel colorations. Their Dragon Ability is Draining Luck.
Draining Luck: If you strike someone with a weapon (natural or otherwise) you may spend 4 FP to have the defender make a Will-2 Roll. If the defender loses, they become Cursed (BS129) for 10 seconds * margin of loss. You may only attempt this once every 15 seconds.

Cosmology Dragon Lineage
Those descended from Cosmology Lineages will have black or a rich green coloration and give off an otherworldly vibe. Their Dragon Ability is Celestial Binding.
Celestial Binding: Choose 2 two Planar Summons from any Celestial or Outsider. If you burn an appropriate holy symbol (does not actually have to be blessed), then you may summon one of of the two chosen Allies. They are your minion and will follow your every command. This costs 4 FP but doesn't require a roll. This celestial being will only be able to stay for a minute, but you can extend the duration by spending 2 FP for every minute after. You may double these costs to summon both Allies.

Elementalism Dragon Lineage
Those descended from Elementalism Lineages will have a prismatic coloration. Their features will be constantly shifting with an irridecent glow. Their Dragon Ability is Elemental Breath.
Elemental Breath: You must spend 1 minute preparing 1 of 3 choices. You cannot have more than 1 prepared at a time. All options cost 4 FP and affect everyone within a 10 yard long and 3 yard wide cone. The first option is a Flaming Breath which inflicts 4d burn damage. The second option is Frost breath which inflicts 2d+1 fatigue damage. The third option is Air Blast which inflicts 3d crushing damage with double knockback but no wounding.

Mesmerism Dragon Lineage
Those descended from Mesmerism Lineages will have very dark purple colorations. Many feel uncomfortable when around these beings for too long. Their Dragon Ability is Terrifying Visage.
Terrifying Visage: You can warp the minds of anyone who can see you. All who see you see your body warp into unnatural perportions and geometry. This means you may spend 4 FP to inflict a Fright Check at a -2. You may only attempt this once every 15 seconds.

Necromancy Dragon Lineage
Those descended from Necromancy Lineages will be a sickly pale green. The a hint of rot and decay and be detected near these beings. Their Dragon Ability is Necro Plague.
Necro Plague: If you touch a corpse of a creature Size Modifier -1 or larger that have not been butchered, you may summon up to 6 Necrophages. You may not have more than 6 under your control at a time. They are your minion and will follow your command. This costs 4 FP but doesn't require a roll. These Necrophages will only stay alive for 1 minute, but you can extend their life by spending 2 FP for every minute after you summon them.

Protection Dragon Lineage
Those descended from Protection Lineages have a golden or bronze coloration. Their features will almost look metallic. Their Dragon Ability is Diminishing Breath.
Diminishing Breath: You may spend 4 FP to effect everyone in a 10 yard long and 3 yard wide cone. Anyone in the affected area is hit by 4d Corrosive damage that will only affect the target's armor, and they must make an HT Roll. Those that fail their HT roll will lose up to 15 character points worth of the Damage Resistance Advantage (Damage Resistance is usually 5 character points for 1 point of DR) for 10 seconds * the margin of loss. You may only attempt this once every 15 seconds.

Transfiguration Dragon Lineage
Those descended from the Transfiguration Lineage will have a reddish brown coloration. Their physical features may also seem to shift slightly if watched for a long enough time. Their Dragon ability is Withering Strike.
Withering Strike: If you strike someone with a weapon (natural or otherwise) you may spend 4 FP to have the defender make an HT-2 Roll. If the defender loses, they lose 4 ST, 4 HT, and 3 DX for 10 seconds * the margin of loss. You may only attempt this once every 15 seconds.
