Talents
Talents give a +1 per level to all related skills, even for default use, for those skills only. The reaction bonus only applies if the people watching have witnessed your Talent in action and could be impressed by it. You may only buy up to 4 levels of a talent. You my buy up to 5 levels at 400 Character Points, and 6 levels at 550 Character Points.
