Hierarchy of the Heroes Guild

The Heroes Guild has always had four pillars: The Guildmaster, The Bookkeeper, The Postmaster, and the Quartermaster.   Combined, The Heroes Guild 1) maintained diplomatic relevance in a changing world, 2) remains an economic power within the world of Tara, 3) is relied upon for infrastructure and continental communication, and 4) is always prepared for battle.  

Detailed Hierarchical Structure

 

 
  • Guildmaster, Aldnoa Astrashiy
    Guildmasters are both the beating heart and the face of the organization. They directly oversee adventuring companies and their health. As such, they oversee all labormen. They also regularly hold councils with representatives of other guilds, faiths, and nations. And as an honorary title, they also may give the title "Master of Festivals" to an honored member of the guild in light of the holiday spirit.
    • Guildmaster's 2nd, Julius Osselion
      Assists the Guildmaster with their duties as needed.
      • Elect Chaplain
        Handles religious occasions and on-site ceremonies that require a holy person's guidance or vigilance. Oversees clerics, conduits, and the like. Maintains lead positions as Guild physician both for magical and non-magical ailments.
      • Elect Councillor
        The master of Councils, they organize various council meetings depending on the attendees--usually Conduits, Shapers, or other nation ambassadors. They will at times leave to represent the Heroes Guild, but this is often the duty of the Guildmaster, their 2nd, and then the Councillor.
      • Elect Marshal
        Leads efforts in overall security within guild perimeters. Ensures the safety of all on premise.
      • Elect Steward
        Oversees all laborsmen duty and schedules within the Guilds. This includes but is not limited to maids/butlers, cooks, groundkeepers, and more specific services such as tailors, tanners, blacksmiths, masons, etc.
  • Quartermaster, Yuresin V. III
    • Quartermaster's 2nd, Yuresin V. VI
      Assists the Quartermaster with duties as needed.
      • Elect of the Heroes
        The Elect of Heroes has the honor of organizing Heroes, registering groups and their names, ranking Heroes based on a mixture of renown and skillful efficiency. They coordinate with the Questgiver and Chaplain to ensure that work is available to each Hero and their health in maintained.
        • High Heroic Companies
          The most professionally recognized band of Heroes, with both renown and skill to back them up. The team synergies will with each other after at least five years of service. This rank can only be attained by mentoring others and passing the Heroes' Exam, which only happens once every year.
          • Heroic Companies
            A Team of Heroes recognized for their efforts and strides within general society. They are given the official title of a Heroic Company, alongside the honors and responsibilities of this rank within the Guild.
            • Adventuring Companies
              This is the rank of scouts, explorers, and Heroes-in-training. many tasks such as escorted postal deliveries, guarding a diplomatic official, or culling monster infestations are given to this rank.
              • Apprentice Companies
                New bloods and newcomers, these are newly formed companies. Even if a Hero from a High Heroic Company formed a new company, they must start here as work their way toward resiliency, synergy, and world renown.
      • Elect Weaponmaster
        The Elect Weaponmaster oversees all other Weaponmasters. They also lead training efforts for other Heroes and others.
        • Weaponmaster Trainer
          Weaponmaster Trainers, or trainers for short, can be a Hero or simply those who applied for the position. Trainers specialize in a specific weapon type--melee or ranged--and take on a few apprentices in order to train them in the art and technique for wielding the weapon.
      • Elect Professor
        Head and lead of instructional efforts, professorial training, and schedule management, among other things.
        • Professors
          Each professor covers a subject which imparts skills unto each Hero.
          • Tutor
            Tutors can be a Hero or simply those who applied for the position, and they are specifically assigned to a professor so that they can have helpers within the classroom or outside to assist any of their students.
      • Elect Archmage
        Has the responsibility of coordinating the arcane arts for the purpose of training other Heroes and ensuring cohesion within each arcane art.
        • Elect Druid
          The Elect Druit specializes in druidry and organizes training efforts therein.
          • Druid
            This mage can be a retired Hero or professional casters--those who cast spells. This mage specialize in a specific arcane art type as specified by their name--druidry, cornerwitchery, conduit divine magic, or the elements. They take on a few apprentices alongside teaching classes in order to train heroes in the art and technique of casting spells.
        • Elect Cornerwitch
          The Elect Cornerwitch specializes in cornerwitchery and organizes training efforts therein. They, at times, are called upon to heal others by the Elect Chaplain.
          • Cornerwitch
            This mage can be a retired Hero or professional casters--those who cast spells. This mage specialize in a specific arcane art type as specified by their name--druidry, cornerwitchery, conduit divine magic, or the elements. They take on a few apprentices alongside teaching classes in order to train heroes in the art and technique of casting spells.
        • Elect Conduit
          The Elect Conduit specializes in conduit's divine magic and organizes training efforts therein. A conduit works closely with the Chaplain.
          • Conduit
            This mage can be a retired Conduit from the Conduits Assemblage, living out the rest of their days in quiet and teaching those to hear their particular god. While not often a gift that can be passed on by the Conduit's teachings, those who show promise are then chosen by the god to have the blessings passed on.
        • Elect Elementalist
          The Elect Elementalist specializes in the elements and organizes training efforts therein.
          • Elementalist
            This mage can be a retired Hero or professional casters--those who cast spells. This mage specialize in a specific arcane art type as specified by their name--druidry, cornerwitchery, conduit divine magic, or the elements. They take on a few apprentices alongside teaching classes in order to train heroes in the art and technique of casting spells.
  • Postmaster, Petier U. Noisette
    Handles postal recordkeeping, security, and manages postal transportation routes and quest sourcing.
    • Postmaster's 2nd, Almayda Ephe
      Assists the Postmaster as necessary.
      • Elect Questgiver
        Manages the sourcing and posting of quests to all Guildhouses. Provides briefing committees and details to adventuring companies.
      • Elect of the Post
        Oversees mail processing, handling, security, and leads both courier and their divine scryers to maintain the safety of their people.
      • Elect of Postal Records
        Maintains a daybook to log memorandums, postal routes, reciepts, etc.
      • Elect Scribe
        Handles training and managing other scribes for postal services.
  • Bookkeeper, Ferdens Kauflough
    Oversees accounting, financial recordkeeping, assets, inventory, requisitions, and loans. Has the sole duty of maintaining the security of guild funds and auditing the various branches underneath them.
    • Bookkeeper's 2nd, Issun Milil
      Assists Bookkeeper with duties as needed.
      • Elect Comptroller
        oversees accounting and reports therein. Audits for inaccuracies and compiles these reports for the Bookkeepers.
      • Elect of Coffers
        Maintains security and maintenance of Guild funds. handles income and expenses, with the added responsibility of ensuring people are paid a sum deducted from a quest's overall pay for services rendered.
      • Elect of Procurement
        Gathers information on inventory, assets, and fund available to determine what new goods can be purchased. They then handle any requisitions and the transportation of said receivables to their correct location.
      • Elect of Bookkeeping Records
        Maintains records of all accounting activities for audits, receipts, for later reference and financial projections.
