Bbatlam

Bbatlam was a Runar of Fallasar and embodied chaos. He took his Reas people north to the Danyomi Mountains, and he was so violent and loud that the Reas became deaf and communicated instead through gestures. This unique form of communication combined with Bbatlam's temperament meant that the Reas took to raiding nearby peoples for resources instead of working their own lands.   During the Enlightenment the Reas saw divine truths and they came to think that they could have Bbatlam's power for themselves. All they needed to do was slay and eat him. And so they killed and ate their own Runaric god, and gained psychic powers. The Adyadun, fearing annihilation or enslavement at the hands of the Rahhtaurens, came to the Reas for help, and the Reas agreed to assist their old enemies. Though Rahhtaurens were great in physical might, they had no defence against the mental abilities of the Reas, and were driven eastward. Those who remained in the Roaring Jungle became the Dapanam Clans and formed the God-eaters under the rule of Fybati Reat.
