He has a very cheerful and take-charge attitude with a magnetic personality. However, his take-charge personality results in him ordering his workers around (but in a friendly and up-beat way), but he himself does very little to wait on his customers, instead tending to be very talkative with the customers but giving the appearance of being lazy when it comes to actually performing any type of physical work within his establishment.
