Quilan Potter

Quilan and his wife,Skegni Potter are the owners of J3-28 Swan City Pottery. He carries on most of the negotiations, and is very shrewd in doing so, but does so in a somewhat friendly manner. Their daughter, Zarta Potter also works in a shop with them, and seems very happy learning the family trade skills.
