Marla owns J3-31 Marlas Cloth Shop. Her heritage is very difficult to guess from her appearance due to her having a Balmast surname (due to her father having been of part- Balmast blood), but a light brown skin tone remeniscent of some of the Salinath peoples (her mother was of part-Salinath blood), but she has green eyes that are remeniscent of some of the peoples of the more central part of the Éipláh Continent.
In addition to her native Language of Argentum, she also speaks Balmast fairly well.
Note that this is another character that can not be very easily represented in the d20 systems due to the lack of differentiation between Agility and Quickness (as the d20 systems combine these two separate stats in the Rolemaster system as a single stat of Dexterity, thus making it difficult to represent her very agile but yet slow phystical abilities with a single Dexterity value, just like a person who is very fast but klutzy can not be represented using the d20 systems).
