J5 Smelter District of Martelain

This district was named after the first merchant to build a large warehouse in this area (before Martelain existed as a proper city), Navaroe VanKlivoren.

Buildings marked with an "e" or "E"are empty/deserted/vacant (and usually in a state of disrepair). Thsoe marked with a "b" or "B"are burned out ruins, usually resulting from a tipped candle if by itself or from riots that got out of hand for most larger groups of such buildings. While those that are marked with an "h" or "H"are homes/houses, or in many cases are a building that is made up of several small apartments/tenaments that are either rented out to those who can not afford to purchase a building in which to live or are owned by those who also own local businesses and provide these apartments/tenaments to those who work for them (as part of their "pay" for their work).
