J4 VanKlivoren District of Martelain

This district was named after the first merchant to build a large warehouse in this area (before Martelain existed as a proper city), Navaroe VanKlivoren.   Buildings marked with an "e" are empty/deserted/vacant (and usually in a state of disrepair). While those that are marked with an "h" are homes/houses, or in many cases are a building that is made up of several small apartments/tenaments that are eitehr rented out to those who can not afford to purchase a building in which to live or are owned by those who also own local businesses and provide these apartments/tenaments to those who work for them (as part of their "pay" for their work).   Please note that if the map/image of this district is opened (in a new window or tab) it will show at a higher resolution on most computer systems and will be easier to read, if needed.   The population of this district is roughly 4,000 residents.
