He is the owner of J3-38 Torvil Rope Twiners. His wife, Shirega, recently died, due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time, when the Northern Empire soldiers raided another business that was suspected of being involved with the Martelain Rebellion. As such, his animosity towards the Northern Empire has only grown more fervent. Both of his children are grown and moved away from Martelain due to the turmoil in the city.
