Ezra Vilrandas

Ezra Vilrandas is an elderly man that owns J3-6 Vilrandas Manor, where he is a fairly-accomplished Alchemist, but who has become a bit absent minded in recent years.
He also wears an eye patch over his right eye and seems a bit skiddish sometimes (as if he is borderline paranoid, but only occasionally with no obvious cause). He tends to be so single-minded and focused on his work that sometimes he won't even notice people have walked into his shop. But of course he compensates for this by having the entry separated from the rest of the shop by cold-forged iron bars that are marked with runes to protect himself and his assets from anyone trying to take advantage of his Obliviousness to those around him.
