Chara works for Berneillia Innman, the owner of J3-36 The Snails Shell inn/tavern. Part of her wage for working there is being able to share a room on the second floor of the inn with two other women who are also members of the staff, "Nayony" Nayonyovania Leuthzendrilkiynd and Olarena Miszta.
In addition to her native Language of Vilsarth, she also speaks Argentum fairly fluently (with a very slight Vilsarth accent) and also knows the Silent Tongue used by many of the less-savory members of Channel Cities society (many of the thieves guilds and the likes).
