Akimotos is the owner of "The Grand Opera Fantastico" in <town>. Inside the Grand Opera, he is conducting an orchestra of bards and musical prodigies worldwide. He also teaches them a wide range of bardic skills. He is also frequently seen and heard singing inside the Fantasy Inn, owned by him and attached to the opera building. The garment made of the most delicate satin and silk flows around him, while other parts are strapped and tied together with soft leather. The hat, an exclusive design with a large feather, made by Purlipep Pirplehat (yes, the famous world traveling halfling girl), is exquisite. Only a few well-versed travelers or scholars will be able to recognize the bright feather. One can only retrieve this feather as a token of appreciation, freely given by and from the Phoenix Dragon. The monocle, with magical properties, is a gift from a gnome named Bleewick, a genius, master engineer, and master gem cutter. Akimotos loves to walk around in the upper echelons of the town but is not afraid to show himself in the slums. Once in a while, he can be found in the slums, singing at the local pub called "rok botom" (yes, it should be bottom, but most people there can't read it), and his performances are of the same high standards he always sets and is free of charge. There is a very stubborn story; that one time, four local crooks tried to rob Akimotos. Somehow it didn't go well, and the following green moon cycle, Akimotos was there like nothing happened. And the four crooks, might you ask?. disappeared, never to be seen again.
