History

The first elven tribes came to Eldercrest by 250 AF through a portal from another world. The portal is located beneath the current city of Emberwish, the home of the Elves and realm of the elven lords. Due to the conflicts of their own in 350 AF, the dark elves left Eldercrest and continued on south to the uninhabited Nivelia.   The first dark elf was Klonamal, a defective offspring of Richard Adams, Lord, and a mermaid. At that time the mermaid cruel magic curses from other jealous mermaids were unknown to common knowledge. Klonamal was accepted to live within the Elven community, but their druids were unable to attach him to their trees. During these times other Dark Elves, offspring of elves and mermaids grew in numbers as a battle breed of perfect elven soldiers. Klonamal grew up as a bastard son and his strength and bloodlust became his downfall and for others alike him when the conflict between the elves and the humans ended with the peace in Berdco. Klonamal and the other dark elves enjoyed the war and found their fathers being to week. He became the leader of the dark elven rebellion and was banished from Eldercrest.
