Ozperia
Ozperia is a strange place according to the other members of The Concord. It has no monarchy. Immense merchant houses rule supreme. Most of the ecosystem has either been strip mined, been polluted or has even died off. Cities so large that they boggle the mind is choked in deadly smoke, and mountains of trash pile up everywhere.
Even though the houses deny it, wererats plague Ozperia. Rumours say that they are the real movers and shakers. Some suggest that vampires have taken over some of the houses, and rule behind the scene.
Ozperia is technologically advanced, and its mass production capabilities are the only reason they have been invited to The Concord.
