The Instigator

Not much is known about the one known as The Instigator - no one even knows his real name. What people do know is that he is a walking hurricane hellbent on the destruction of Hillend.
There are several rumors surrounding the origin of The Instigator and his rebellion, though nothing has been cemented in truth. If there is a parallel between these stories, it is that he has something to do with the death of Lady Oona of Fort Aster and her betrothed, Sir Knight Erryk Strong. From there he birthed the rebels - aka The Recreants - and has caused chaos in the North. After some time he met with ex-Legate Ser Vaegraf Vasseur and founded the more organised Death Corps.
Standing 6"6 with a solid build, this hulk of a man is a nigh unstoppable force. It has been said from survivors of battles involving the Instigator that his eyes glow blue, and the battlefield is ambushed by a sheer cold far worse than most have experienced in the North. Some have also witnessed the man's habit of killing his opponents with their own weapons. He has become quite a ghost story told to children - close to a myth - to those in the civilised world.
Most recently, he has been seen laying siege to Muse with his Recreants and Vasseur's Knights.
