Lady Oona

Lady Oona was the Maiden of Fort Aster before her murder in 1017 - accusations made towards The Instigator.
Oona was the only child of the Lord of Fort Aster, Count Adelard. Known as having a keen mind, the gentle Oona was frequently caught with her head deep in history books, with a particularly deep fascination with the Snow Elves of Salsstrand. She was an avid supporter of Snow Elf rights of citizenship and equal treatments for their race.
One fateful night, her father came across her dismembered corpse in her chambers next to the eviscerated body of her betrothed, Erryk Strong. Oona's death came to much surprise to the realm, as no one understood who would wish harm to such a friendly and loyal House.
It is believed that Oona and Ser Strong's death are what instigated the rebellion known as the Recreants.
