House Antares

House Antares are a new House that has risen to power, after the last Archon's family of Vostrum attempted to side with the The Western Calradian Empire, and quickly assassinated. The old ruling family was imprisoned, and a loyalist senatorial family of the city, House Antares, was raised to the Archonship by Emperor Lucon Osticos.
The House's leader, Helena Antares, is an extremely fervent religious woman, and also fiercely loyal to Emperor Lucon Osticos. She believes entirely that he has the will of the gods on his side, and has led a booming economic expansion in Vostrum to fuel his war effort.
The House prides itself on it's devotion to the gods, and their sometimes harsh effectiveness. Some senators dislike them, as they tend to have large egos, but no one can argue with their effectiveness.
