Vaccei

Vaccei is a city located just south of the burgeoning Principate of Procer. As the northernmost of the eight cities of Antigone the Titan, and the city furthest away from the Titan's Pond, Vaccei has lost only a little of their culture since the fall of Triumphant. While Vaccei is close enough to the Brocelian Forest to log it, they do not live off of the forest in the same way that Tartessos does. The city largely makes it's way by raiding the fertile lands to the north and returning with plunder from Orense or Segovia.
The lady of Vaccei is Lady Rima Sawwar, a ruthless woman known to put rivals down with poison as often as honor duels. She rarely leads raiders anymore, as she is getting older, but she has left their bands in the capable hands of her son Moro. Bands of Vaccein warriors are often made up of skirmishers and archers. The archers of Vaccei are legendary, and particularly talented archers will sometimes use enchanted arrows made from rare trees found in the Brocelian. The Sawwar family currently feuds with the Osena's of Tartessos over the rights to a fertile group of orchards on the border between the territories, though the feud has become personal since the fall of Triumphant.
