The Assassination of the Two Crowns

Life, Death

566AE

With political tensions at an all time high, and Good King Charles III not having produced an heir, the king of West Aumont had him assassinated thinking he could lay rights to the throne. His topmost general and successor, Frederick the Great, quickly ordered a counter-assassination, leaving West Aumont's king's only son, four year old Henry IV, as the head of the state of West Aumont under the watch of Steward Paul II.
