Vigilance, Crown of Arran
The crown of Arran is the most fabled artifact of the three, shrouded in mystery. Some say its origins predate Arran and his empire altogether, only having been adopted by him when found. The common belief is that Arran had his crown bestowed upon him by Danu, forged in the heavenly fires by Goibniu himself. There are no written accounts or primary sources to back up this legend, however.
What is known, is that Arran began wearing the crown around ten years into his rule, and any who gazed upon it were put under its spell of grandeur. At its center rests the largest diamond ever unearthed, imbued with magic of both enchantment and transmutation. Very few men were able to witness its true power however, as it was only unleashed in the most dire of circumstances, when all other hope was lost.
