The Enetian Trading Company

The Enetian Trading Company, or ETC, is the largest merchant company in the known world with its own navy and even marines. The company trades and sells anything that turns a profit and sends its ships far and wide across the Alvus Sea and beyond. It is also one of the few navies on Calcaria to posses dwarven cannon, the only others being the navy of Alba, the Bronze Navy, and the navy of Arrah. Once it was the sole owner of such mighty firepower, however rival spies and dwarven sellouts have slowly let the secrets to these arcane devices leak out to the wider world...

Trade & Transport

The most profitable company trade route is currently the one between Arrah - Enetia - Vilverin and back, as it brings many exotic goods from the whole of Ezura and Vilverin to the continent of man, Albion. This route sees much competition, some of which results in heated cannon debates every now and then. It is also the most raided route, with pirates from Sydon and the Crimson Isles  often sailing across the Alvus Sea to plunder the rich cargo vessels that head back and forth along it.
The Company also has a healthy trading relationship with Elfin and the city state of Xento, as well as the sorcerer cities of the Sandswept Coast. All of these cities provide items ranging from exotic luxuries and magical items to banal goods such as fine cloth and salted meats; always in high demand in resource poor Enetia.
