The Saurians are descend from Dragons. They value strength, power, magic and gold and are often arrogant or greedy. Few of the Saurian kind have a tendency of protecting weaker races, although most of them tend to ignore or overpower them.

Anatomy

Saurians are tall and strong, most of them a little over 2 meters tall. They have dragon features like claws, scales, a tail and horns and no hair at all. Their colour may vary from Red, Black, Blue, White, and Green depending on their origin; some rarer colours of Saurian do exist such as Gold and Silver. Their average weight varies from 100-200 kilos and their life span between 300-400 years old.

Biological Traits

Saurians are able to use their breath weapon. Depending on their ancestory this may take the form of flames, ice, or even poison. Saurians are covered in scales giving them a tough natural armour and their sharp talons can be used to deadly effect when no other weapons are at hand.

Ecology and Habitats

Saurians prefer tropical climates and the largest habitat can be found on the Shing Jea Peninsula on Ezura. However, the Saurians are an adaptable race, just like their ancestors, and can be found spread through Calcaria.

Draconic Ancestry: You have draconic ancestry. Choose one type of dragon from the Draconic Ancestry table. Your breath weapon and damage resistance are determined by the dragon type, as shown in the table.
Breath Weapon: You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic ancestry determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic ancestry. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
Damage Resistance: You have resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry.
Scale Skin: When not wearing armour you have a base AC of 13
