The Bonescrap
Once a large mine whose coal deposit ran dry, the Bonescrap is now used as a place to keep the unsavory and unmentionable members of Becht society. Hundreds of people still live in the depths here, forced to become feral and dangerous to survive. The Benevolent Order does what it can to keep a supply of food lowered in as often as possible, but the fight for survival often turns this kindness into an underground bloodbath. The tunnels here twist and turn for miles but eventually lead to a breach that connects with the old halls of Underhome, and allows for the taint of the Blight to filter in and with it, numerous horrors of the Void. For most this is a death sentence, though the Burnt Crows are rumored to recruit from those they can rescue from the depths of the mine using secret tunnels of their own that lead further down to the forgotten catacombs of Armuun.
