The Bare Shelf Tavern
A small, fairly non-descript tavern in the village of Carrig's Cross . While the food is bland, the rooms dirty, and the company less than pleasant, this location was the initial point at which the Somnambulistic Prophecy , specifically the Fourth Utterance, was spoken to a gathered, seemingly random group of individuals, forever enshrining the location in the annals of history.
