Pact of Blood
The Sanguine Epoch rarely makes a direct contact with the realms of mortals, preferring to allow their proxies and agents to gather stock for their twisted needs. On occasion, however, their senses are brought to bear of a creature that is capable of crafting a beauty that even their tempered nature cannot resist. The Coven covets these things nearly as much as they desire to sate their own appetites', though their perception of the world itself remains so terrible and long sighted, that the means by which they have chosen to acquire such things is nearly beyond understanding. Should a mortal with a level of talent that surpasses others be brought to their attention, they have been known on occasion to offer a trade in order to own the talent and vision of the mortal.
The Sisters of the Coven are quite well aware that it is within the finite scope of mortal existence that true artistic revelry is found, and that their lack of it keep such things from their grasp. In order to sake these desires to have their awareness touched once more, the offer of a fraction of their power in trade for the artist's inspired creations that spring from it is made on rare occasions. Should the artist accept the terms, they are granted a partial dominion over blood itself, gaining the ability to manipulate and wield it, pairing the sanguine control with their gifted vision and skill in order to create and directly impact the world at large. In return, the sisters of the Cover draw power from the blood taken over the course of the Artist's mortal existence, both from themselves and the creatures that they inevitably take it from, every use of the Artist's abilities empowering them in the process. In return, the Artist is slowly driven towards an inescapable fall from mortal grace into the realm of darkness which they inhabit, their vitality offered up in minute amounts as their power grows and they slowly slip into the throes of vampiric servitude. Upon completion of their pact's terms, which may vary slightly from artist to artist, they are expected to submit themselves to the whims of the Coven.

Qualifications
Artists of all walks may pull the attentions of the Coven to them, as they crave to vicariously experience the thrill and exultation of creation through the experience of the artist under their influence. Only those that show a propensity and willingness to submit to and trade for the power and price they offer are considered, as the sisters believe that art cannot be a forced thing and remain true.
