Moss Forest Psychiatric Hospital
Purpose / Function
This hospital is for patients who are full-time residents as well as out patients. Some patients truly need the help provided by this psychiatric hospital, while others are locked up because someone claims they are insane, usually one of the medical personnel who work there. It's from this second group that Hannibal Denholm will condition into further acts of insanity that keep them at the hospital. He's done the same to a few out patients so that he can have them commited.
The ultimate goal of this hospital is to treat the insane and offer "relaxation" to the rich, then release patients back into society as healthy, productive members. Some people do get released, enough that the hospital doesn't have officials breathing down its back and digging up its secrets. Those patients it does keep locked up are ones who are uncurable and/or violent.
Alterations
Over the years since it was first created, the building has been upgraded with things such as new lighting, new appliances (especially in the kitchen), and new heating system.
