Purpose / Function

Orginally, this building started out as a loom factory.
Now, standing over 2,000 feet tall, it is a collection of businesses which include innovative tech firms, brokerage firms, insurance agencies, and accounting firms, dining and retail.

Alterations

Floors were added on to make the building taller. These floors have also allowed more businesses to rent out space. This has boosted Serna's economy. It's also been good for the Principality of Kopolchia as a whole. This building has become a beacon and a matter of pride.

History

This building has seen a lot of history. It started out as a loom factory as the buisness grew so did the building. Mysteriously, the loom factory owner disappeared. When he couldn't be found, the workers were given leave to find other jobs and the building was sold to a new owner.
Over the course of its history, this building has seen many owners; many of whom have added floors to the building. Eventually, Celestial Song became the tallest building in the world, towering over 2,000 feet hight.

Tourism

It draws thousands of visitors every day, whether it's for business or personal reasons. Most leave awed and humbled by the sheer size of the building as well as the beauty of having gardens along the outside of the building.

This sounds like it was a beautiful place. I bet it was fun to work here. But I can't find an answer to why it was taken out. By who, yes. It's their motivation that eludes me. One would be surprised to find out how important someone else's motivation is to a historian. Even without the borders being closed, I'd never get a chance to see this wonder... All because of hate.
