Wall's Cove

Stationed about 15 miles from Eastgate of Du'chan, Wall's Cove is a fair sized village fortified by the Old Wall along the Low Road, a site of many battles during the rise of the Elven Empire. Comprised of a few bedroom communities to Du'chan's smog ridden cove, Wall's Cove has most amenities one would expect in a large city nestled in a village.

History

Wall's Cove initial incarnation was as a 'false city' to stop the Elven Empire from advancing northward. A wall nearly identical to Du'chan's was built to not only fortify gnomish lands but give the false impression of being Du'chan. To bolster this illusion, various buildings were arranged at the gate to appear as a large city. While Wall's Cove eventually fell, this ploy bought the gnomes time to evacuate many of the countryside into Du'chan. Today, most of the wall has fallen into disrepair but functions as a guardpost and tourist attraction.
